Announcing the 2017 Harari Conscious Leadership and Social Innovation Award!
This award recognizes individuals who are committed to socially responsible leadership and have a proven entrepreneurial record of social innovation. The award represents the priorities of the University of San Francisco’s School of Management to educate socially and globally responsible managers capable of ‘changing the world’ with social innovation and creating social impact.
The award was presented to three honorees at USF’s Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation Conference on March 3, 2017.
The University of San Francisco’s School of Management is committed to engaging our community in creating social impact through entrepreneurship and innovation.
Our commitment to social impact is grounded in over 400 years of Jesuit tradition, which has social justice at its core. Our school seeks to shape students who are thoughtful and mission-driven, who embrace our values of creating a more humane and just world. We aim to develop transformative leaders in service through education in communities. We believe in turning values into action and action into impact.
University of San Francisco Social Impact initiatives include incorporating social impact and entrepreneurship in curriculum development; engaging professors, students, and alumni in capacity development both locally and globally; as well as creating relevant programming and speaker series through the Harari Conscious Leadership and Social Innovation Initiative.
